We’re hiring remote Appointment Setters / Closers to convert warm inbound Facebook ad leads into confirmed bookings.

What You’ll Do
Call and follow up with warm inbound leads only
Book appointments with deposits for high-ticket aesthetic services

Maintain 25%+ conversion rates

Manage leads inside our CRM (GoHighLevel)

Hit booking KPIs per client

Who This Is For
Motivated, reliable, and coachable
Comfortable speaking on the phone

Able to be available intermittently between 9am–7pm (only actually working about 4-6 hours per day)

Self-managed and performance-driven

No prior sales experience required — we train the right people.

• Average earnings:
Part-time: ~$3k/month
Full-time: ~$6-8k/month
Growth Path: Top performers can move into a Team Lead role with an additional base salary
