I was the one picking up the phone, calling leads, handling objections, and booking appointments for medspas across the U.S. I learned firsthand what actually converts a curious lead into a patient walking through your doors ready to buy.

As the agency scaled, I didn't just grow with it — I built it. I designed the entire appointment-setting infrastructure from the ground up: the systems, the scripts, the training programs, the performance metrics. I recruited, onboarded, and coached the team responsible for delivering results for hundreds of medspas nationwide. I wasn't observing the process. I was the process.

After years of running fulfillment at scale, I transitioned into consulting — working directly with other agencies struggling to bridge the gap between lead generation and actual booked revenue. What I found was an industry-wide problem: agencies were great at generating clicks & leads, but terrible at converting them into revenue. Poor quality ads. Chatbots. Offshore callers.
